Vic: Ambulance destroyed by fire

Fire destroyed an ambulance last night in the north Melbourne suburb of Epping.

Ambulance service spokesman PAUL HOLMAN says the $100,000 vehicle was in the Epping
ambulance depot on McDonalds Road when the fire started about 8pm AEDT.

The cause of the blaze is unknown.
