VIC:Nixon working on doco of his life

MELBOURNE, April 20 AAP - Controversial former AFL player manager Ricky Nixon is working
on a documentary about his life in the AFL that will include his involvement with the
St Kilda schoolgirl that led to his deregistration.

The Age says Nixon has teamed up with documentary maker Deanna Zacek and has already
been filmed extensively, but he remains undecided about whether he will let it go to air.

"It's still a decision I'm yet to make," Nixon told The Age.

Zacek emphasised that the documentary would cover the 30 years of Nixon's time in the
AFL world during which he managed a stable of football stars.

Zacek said there had already been discussions with television networks about the proposed
documentary.

Nixon was stripped of his agent's accreditation by the AFL Players Association in the
wake of allegations he had engaged in sex and drugs with a teenager in a hotel room.

Nixon has taken out a restraining order against the teenager, whom he met initially
when acting on behalf of his clients, St Kilda's Nick Riewoldt, Sam Gilbert and Nick Dal
Santo, after she posted nude images of the players on Facebook.
